UG and PG Hostels and Messes under the aegis of Office of Director Hostels, Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women’s University (VCIWU), Hyderabad is an integral part of the University which aims to create supportive living environments to undergraduate second and final year students and PG first and second year students with unprecedented homely and healthy environment and uncompromised safety and security. University made an humble beginning in the year 1949 to provide accommodation to UG girl students from diverse and remote areas of Telangana state, emphasizing on safety, comfort and academic growth in homely environment with 37 students.
To foster capabilities in girl boarders by promoting leadership, harmony and life skills through shared responsibilities, where living integrates with learning and transform them into future leaders through holistic development and serving as a secure, vibrant “Home away from home” in alignment with the University mission
Office of the Director Hostels, VCIWU works with dedicated commitment and passion with the motto of "SELF-DISCIPLINE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS".
To provide a safe, supportive and well-maintained homely environment and a balanced healthy food and facilities that challenges and encourages every boarder to achieve their highest academic, social and personal potential.
