The Human Capital Development Centre at Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women’s University is a comprehensive professional development platform dedicated to nurturing, uplifting, and empowering women learners across all disciplines and provides holistic support systems to ensure that every student grows into a confident, career-ready and future-focused professional. It supports students across their entire career journey- self-discovery, skill enhancement, employability building, entrepreneurship development and international academic exposure. Through specialized training programs, continuous mentoring and strong industry and academic collaborations, it ensures that women not only develop academic knowledge but also critical life skills, emotional resilience and leadership potential.

Mission
  • To collaborate closely with university colleges and departments to provide pre-placement training, foster meaningful industry-academia connections and support students exploring global education opportunities.
  • To mentor and guide students to expand their career horizons, empowering them to explore opportunities regionally, nationally, and internationally.
  • To strive to achieve high placement success by combining dedication, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach in every aspect of the placement process.
  • To inspire and nurture students’ entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of business strategies, encouraging innovation and self-driven initiatives.
  • To serve as the University’s external ambassador, developing and nurturing long-term relationships with industry, government, and professional bodies.
  • To lead and coordinate all corporate engagement activities- from campus recruitment drives and industry visits to guest lectures and collaborative projects.
  • To build and sustain strong partnerships with government and industry, creating opportunities for collaboration at local, regional, and national levels.
  • To support placement and career cells in identifying internships, research projects, and professional opportunities that enhance graduates’ employability and skill sets.
